We are thrilled to announce that TD Bank Group has shown us some major love with a 5-year, $250,000 TD Ready Commitment gift!
This amazing donation from TD speaks volumes about their dedication to supporting our work that aims to celebrate, support, and prioritize oppressed sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Together, we’ll be able to continue to offer resources, events, social and educational programming. 🏳️🌈💕
Thanks to this fantastic funding boost, we’ll be able to do some awesome things:
🌟 Boosting Mental Health Support: Expanding our services means more accessible care for all. We’re here to lend a listening ear and help hearts heal and shine bright. 🌟
📚 Access is Blooming: Food, Clothing, Peer Group Materials, etc. Our resource center will flourish with valuable materials, responding to issues that affect 2SLGBTQ+ folks. 🌺📖
🏠 Emergent Spaces Abloom: We’re creating and maintaining cozy physical spaces where you can relax, socialize, and just be your authentic true selves. Your uniqueness will always be embraced and celebrated. Here, we are building and holding community within a container to allow for space-taking, brave conversations about societal shortcomings, as well as vulnerable conversations about identities, wants, and needs.
While this is not an exhaustive list, we wanted to touch upon some of the key actions we will be able to take, thanks to TD’s incredible support. Their commitment is like a warm hug that fuels our passion for serving you! 😇✨
